Chelsea Flower Show - Did you know?
The RHS Chelsea Flower show has been running since 1804 and was originally called The Great Spring Show. In 1913 it was moved to its current home at the Royal Hospital Chelsea. The planning cycle of the show lasts 15 months and it then takes 800 people 33 days to build the show from bare grass to the finished article. Travellers will be able to fly direct from Australia to UK
Travellers will be able to secure flights with Qantas - from Australia direct to the UK. Reservations for the direct Perth-London service are opening in April, around 11 months before the highly celebrated service launches. The news was confirmed by a Qantas spokesperson who said tickets would be on sale from next month. Cunard will base Queen Elizabeth in Australia in 2019.      Cunard has announced Queen Elizabeth will spend two months in Australian waters in 2019, the longest deployment down under for any of the line's current fleet. Cruise new ship
It has just been announced that Carnival Corporation & plc have signed an agreement on behalf of P&O cruises to build a brand new 180,000 ton ship, for release in 2020. It will be the largest ship built exclusively for the British market and will be able to accommodate 5,200 guests.
